While not specific to Insane UO, it's still worth mentioning for those that are returning to Ultima Online prior read about [Mastery].

Skill masteries are special abilities that can be used by a character with at least 90 real skill. They must also have a book of Masteries and the skill primer. Some masteries offer spells that can be repeated and when using these masteries, you can gain skill.

Animal Taming

Once you are at 90 real skill in animal taming, you can use the "Combat Training" master repeatedly to get to whatever your skill cap in animal taming is.
