Different Shards can have different caps for multiple attributes. Here in Insane UO caps are:

  • Skill Cap: 720 with free skills already mentioned
  • Stats Caps: 225 on new chars + 5 as time reward + 25 with status Power Scrolls + 5 with Scroll of Valiant Commendation: 260 total.
  * STR 125 + 25 with STR bonus items: 150 total / Hit Points: 195
  * DEX 125 + 25 with DEX bonus items: 150 total / Stamina: 270 (to be confirmed)
  * INT 125 + 25 with INT bonus items: 150 total / Mana: - (to be confimed)
