Cu Sidhes are part of the rarity system but only for colours. The rarity is purely to help you know just how rare that colour is to spawn. Legendary cus are blaze or glacial! There is no skill, ability or slot difference for the different rarities of cu.

Cu Sidhes are not restricted to only elves. No need to find a “Pads of the Cu Sidhe” here, you can tame as any race and ride as a human or elf.
